3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Built Commercial LLC DBA Built Mortgage Team, you agree to the following terms:

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Built Commercial LLC DBA Built Mortgage Team unless you re-subscribe.

3.5 Costs & Fees

Our SMS program is supported on major US carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers. Service may not be available in all areas or on all carriers.
3.7 No Purchase Required
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose to conduct business with us without opting into our text messaging program.
4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance
Built Commercial LLC DBA Built Mortgage Team is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable FCC regulations.
4.1 Prior Express Written Consent

4.2 Calling Hours
